After her stunning appearance at the Met Gala 2024, Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt is ready to dazzle at the Gucci Cruise show 2025 in London. The Gangubai Kathiawadi star was spotted at Mumbai airport, looking effortlessly stylish in a pair of denim jeans and a white T-shirt, ready to board her flight to London.
The Gucci Cruise show, set to take place at the Tate Modern in London, follows the brand’s previous Cruise collection presented at Gyeongbokgung Palace in Seoul. Alia, as the first Indian Global brand ambassador for Gucci, graced the South Korean show last year and is all set to repeat her charismatic presence this year.
Alia’s global career graph has been on a steady rise, thanks to her hard work and talent. In March 2024, she hosted her first charity gala, the “Hope Gala”, in London. The event, organised in collaboration with the Salaam Bombay Foundation and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, aimed to raise funds for underprivileged adolescents in India. The gala saw the presence of renowned personalities like musician Harshdeep Kaur, comedian Rohan Joshi, and director Gurinder Chadha.
Speaking about the event, Alia expressed her admiration for Padmini Sekhsaria’s dedication to uplifting at-risk youth in India’s slums. She expressed her happiness in contributing to the cause and her appreciation for the venue, the Mandarin Oriental, known for its exceptional hospitality.
Tom Harper, the director of Heart of Stone, who worked with Alia on her first Hollywood movie, praised her as a “truly international star”. He commended her grace, openness to ideas, and willingness to take creative risks.
On the acting front, Alia is gearing up for the release of Vasan Bala’s Jigra, co-produced by Karan Johar and Alia Bhatt herself, set to hit theatres on September 27. She is also set to play the lead in a Spy Universe film, with filming scheduled to kick off later this year.
With her continuous achievements and global presence, Alia Bhatt is indeed a star shining bright on the international stage.
