Elvish Yadav Posted First Photo Since Bail In Snake Venom Case

Popular YouTuber Elvish Yadav, who was recently embroiled in a snake venom case, has been released on bail. The bail, set at ₹50,000, was granted on the sixth day of his imprisonment. Despite being detained since March 17, a hearing for his bail was postponed to Friday due to a lawyers’ strike. The court ultimately reviewed the case and granted Elvish Yadav relief before Holi.

Elvish Yadav’s lawyer, Prashant Rathi, presented a strong defense, arguing that Elvish Yadav was falsely accused and no substance violating the NDPS act was obtained from him or his friends. The court granted bail to Elvish Yadav and his two friends on two sureties of ₹50,000 each.

Following his release, Elvish Yadav posted his first photo on social media. In the picture, he is seen standing between luxury cars, sporting a white shirt paired with a black sleeveless jacket and blue denim jeans.

The post was met with a flood of supportive comments from fans expressing their happiness at his return. Abhishek Dobhal of Bigg Boss 17 fame wrote, “Bhai so happy to see you”, while other fans declared “King is back”. Elvish Yadav captioned the photo in Hindi, which loosely translates to, “Time may not be visible, but a lot is revealed.”

Elvish Yadav also shared a photo on Instagram Stories, where he can be seen showing a thumbs up to his fans. The Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner and YouTuber was arrested by Noida Police in a snake poisoning case.

The case was lodged under provisions of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972 and for criminal conspiracy under section 120B of the Indian Penal Code. In early November, it was reported that raids were conducted in Noida Sector 49, and five cobra snakes were recovered from the raid.

It was revealed that nine other snakes were also rescued in the raid, while snake venom was also found at the spot. In the investigations that followed, the people who were arrested took the name of Elvish Yadav.

This case has certainly been a significant event in Elvish Yadav’s life, but his recent posts suggest that he is ready to move forward and continue his journey as a content creator. His fans, too, seem eager to support him in this new chapter of his life.
